Creates customized solutions across the digital value chain. Job Description: We are looking for a solution consultant responsible for digital consulting engagements. The person would work towards conceptualize solutions, conduct design thinking workshops, drive persona driven approach, have knowledge of customer journey maps, know design thinking. Translate concepts into solutions Facilitate client workshops. Identify business problems and devise elegant solutions. Aware of the latest in technology, and business trends Take a user-centered design approach Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Take smart risks and champion new ideas. Knowledge of technologies like chatbots, IoT, VR/AR and should be able to have those conversations with the clients Desired Skills & Experience: Around 10 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Understanding of cross industry knowledge Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
