Roles and responsibilities for Sales Manager- Services Sales

:

 

 

Description

This role is responsible for proactively developing and implementing Elekta sales strategy by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with their Accounts at the Geographic Region, City or accounts  such as hospitals or hospital groups, government bodies or Group Purchasing Organizations, to maximize revenues, market share and create growth for Elekta in Radiation Therapy market.

 

Responsibilities

·         Post Sales of all additional requirements/upgrades of Elekta Oncology, Software, Brachytherapy & Neurosciences products in your part of geographic territory.

·         Ensure that all of the business, sales and marketing activities are legally and ethically complaint, without compromising Elekta code of conduct and the principles state in Elekta corporate Integrity Program.

·         Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of assigned accounts’ business and keeping Product Management informed and appropriately involved.

·         Drive programs like lead generation, service contracts and margins. Work very closely with the service function and all other key stakeholders.

·         Proactively cover assigned territory through cold calling and increase funnel through efficient CLM/SFDC management.

·         Track and collate market research and competitive data to enable the formation of country strategic sales and marketing plan

·         Lead and report status of all sales projects from Lead to closure/LC establishment and involve concerned teams/people in the organization.

·         Prepare relevant quotes/offers through CLM/SFDC after due diligence with customer and relevant product teams. Arrange Live demonstrations at Elekta show sites to maximize the value and business opportunities from the transaction

·         Achieve sales & orders volumes at the target price in assigned accounts/territory maintaining highest possible margins.

·         Work with Service and Application team to improve better coordination with customers to offer timely solution on need basis and improve customer satisfaction.

·         Build Relationships, develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities for Elekta products and services within allocated accounts/territory.

·         Ensure competitive intelligence & analysis to create competitive differentiation and apply relevant product benefits for different models to win in market.

·         Controlling T&L expenses as per assigned quarterly budgets and operate & manage strictly as per Elekta values & Code of Conduct.

·         Candidate must be willing to travel extensively to cover assigned territory properly.

 

Authorities

·         Determine spending for the function within the guidelines of EMSI budgets

·         Develop and prepare relevant offers and quotations to customers

·         Co-sign relevant offers and quotations as per EMSI policies and procedures

·         Manage travel and entertainment expenses as per EMSI policies , procedures and quarterly budgets agreed with Director-Sales & Marketing
